Information to unit holders in Exceed Select

Today, June 2, 2020, the Swedish FSA decided to revoke Exceed Capital Sverige AB of its permits to run securities operations. FCG Fonder AB has with immediate effect ended the agreement of discretionary portfolio management management regarding Exceed Select funds.

This means that from now on, the Exceed Select fund is managed by FCG Fonder AB. The fund’s responsible managers are Johan Schagerström and Tom Michels. The fund will, as always, continue to be managed according to the correct investment orientation in connection to applicable fund regulations.

The fund’s assets and funds are kept separate from the depositary Danske Bank A / S, and are not affected by Finansinspektionen’s decision. The fund will continue to be managed in connection with the investment orientation according to applicable fund regulations.
